Description:

Glen’s life’s work is about health. She believes that physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually healthy people do not intentionally harm self or others. She is here to help you identify and address areas in your life that inhibit your health, so you can live more fully and experience more joy.

Glen’s health journey began in childhood with boundaries. She was so engaged by the nuance of interaction and took keen mental notes of when people smiled, when they cringed, and when emotional pain consumed their faces.

Boundaries came more into play as a teenager. The youngest of 10, Glen learned to say “no”  after experiencing mounting frustration from being taken advantage of by elders. She realized that healthy boundaries are crucial for personal health, wellbeing, and relationships. Glen moved from watching, to learning, to experiencing, to teaching matters of health.

Glen Alex is author of Living In Total Health, host of The Glen Alex Show, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Speaker, Health Skills Coach, Licensed Massage Therapist, and humanitarian. She published the biannual newsletter, The Massage Advantage, for 12+ years, was published in The Journal of Community Practice, and developed the first anger management program for women who are violent. Glen has more than twenty-five years of professional experience in healthcare and is on a lifelong pursuit of true health.

Glen was featured on Doug Llewellyn’s radio show, in the Nevada Business Journal (twice), in Las Vegas Woman magazine, and has been a guest on many other podcasts.

Currently, Glen lives in Las Vegas, Nevada. When she is not working in one of her many careers, Glen enjoys playing tennis, working out, and spending time with loved ones.
