Projecting a year ahead allows substantial changes, but it also includes immediate goals. Most people know much more about what they don’t want than what they do want, and that’s a little like jumping into a cab and saying “Take me somewhere.” The first thing is to help you get really clear on they want, and then I put that into the hypnosis session and record it. People become focused and motivated and start accomplishing things they have been putting off for years.
