Owner - Yoni Avni discovered Pilates in 2015, when she lived in Los Angeles, CA. She certified in her Classical Teacher Training Program by Teague Pilates, which required 600 hours to complete. At that time Teague Pilates manufactured Pilates equipment, so Yoni learned and gained lots of knowledge on Pilates equipment and springs.
In 2010 Yoni continued her education to the Masters program at internationally recognized "The Pilates Center", Boulder Colorado. They are often referred to as the “Harvard” of The Classical Teacher Training Program.
When Yoni Teaches her emphasis is on correct alignment, full body work and breath. Outside of the studio, you can find Yoni with her family enjoying nature.
